Our patients always come first and are at the center of everything that we do. This is why our patient experience ratings exceed the national averages. How do we assess patient experience? We use Press Ganey, the industry’s recognized leader in health care performance improvement, to gather feedback from all of our patients so we can continue to always excel in providing the highest quality of care.

Press Ganey is one of the programs we voluntarily participate in to help us measure how well we are doing according to the people who matter most—you. They administer a specific kind of survey to our patients, the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Outpatient and Ambulatory Surgery Survey (OAS CAHPS). The Press Ganey CAHPS database is more than four times larger than any other competitor in the industry. We are not required to participate in this type of survey, but in order to gain valuable insights and experience, we do. Survey results are not required to be published, but in order to be transparent and provide the best representation of our center, we choose to make those results available to our new and current patients.

“Everyone at this facility was amazing – I felt 100% comfortable with my 11 year old son having his procedure here. Dr. Hasan is outstanding. He explained and communicated the procedure to me in a way I understood every detail and I never felt the slightest bit uneasy (except for your natural mother instincts to worry) about my son and his safety throughout the entire process. The entire staff was pleasurable, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and went out of their way to make my son feel at ease. Nurse Veronica stayed with him after the procedure the entire time and was extremely professional and kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better nurse – her expertise and compassion are unmatched.
